Offering reiki sessions of 60 or 90 minutes. On top of following standard reiki practices, each session will be customized to the needs of the individual. 

What does a customized session look like? 

• Taking time at the beginning to discuss personal intentions, desires or concerns 

• Including sound, specifically via reiki-infused spirt drumming or reiki-infused sound bath techniques

• Providing time for grounding & integrating the insights from the session at the end 

• Finding tools that will help individuals in their own ongoing integration - I'm familiar with a wide array of techniques & approaches that help
