Intention Setting: Beginning with a conversation to explore your intentions, and concerns.
Reiki-Infused Sound Techniques:
Remote sessions may include: biofield tuning fork synchronization and release techniques.
In-Person sessions: biofield work with tuning forks, spirit drumming or sound baths for an immersive energetic experience.
Grounding & Integration: Concluding with time to reflect and integrate the insights gained, and discovering practical tools for ongoing self-healing.
