Reiki
Reiki's meaning comes from the combination of two Japanese Kanji
Rei can be summarized as Spiritual Wisdom
Ki is similar to Chi or Prana and means Life Force Energy
Reiki is performed by inviting the flow of the energy described above through the hands of the practitioner to the client's body
Although Reiki flows through the hands, it does not have to include physical touch
Reiki Infused Sound Healing
Sound Healing is what you might imagine, using specific frequencies to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms:
You've probably experienced this form of healing at some level when enjoying listening to or crying to your favorite song(s)
In my practice I utilize shamanistic spirit drumming, crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks
